The Blueprint Programme™
Launching in 2027
For everyone
The Blueprint Programme is a six-week psychoeducational wellbeing programme designed to help adults understand how stress, anxiety, life experiences and relationships influence emotional wellbeing. Through evidence-informed teaching, practical exercises and guided reflection, participants learn skills to regulate their nervous system, build emotional resilience and develop sustainable wellbeing habits.
Philosophy
The programme is based on one central belief: People cope better when they understand themselves. Many people have spent years trying to manage symptoms without ever understanding why those symptoms developed.
The programme provides participants with the knowledge, practical skills and confidence to understand themselves with greater compassion while developing healthier ways of responding to life's challenges.

Development
Drawing on over 15 years of therapeutic practice, 18,000+ clinical hours, and extensive experience delivering wellbeing and resilience training to Emergancy Services, this six-week evidence-informed programme combines psychological understanding with practical tools that support lasting emotional wellbeing.
